Call for Sessions |
One who wants to organize a session must send a session proposal to Conference
Chair Prof. M-T. Noda ( noda@cite.ehime-u.ac.jp ) by e-mail. The proposal
should contain 1) session title, 2) session organizer(s) with an e-mail
address for correspondence, and 3) spec and purpose of the session (10
- 20 lines). The proposal will be reviewed by the International Advisory Committee and the proposer will get the answer within one week. The accepted proposal is taken to the ACA2005 Homepage promptly. *** Deadline of Session Proposal: April 1, 2005. *** Each session should contain at least 4 talks. |
Instruction for Organizing a Session |
Sessions are held in one or more two-hour blocks of time, each of which
typically consist of four 1/2 hour talks or a one hour overview and two
1/2 hour talks. These times include time for questions. It is preferable that sessions have two organizers, one experienced person and a younger colleague or student. The duties of the session organizers are:
